Right now I am taking the following supplements, Creatine 5Grams twice a day,
Protein, Dhea 50mgs, L-glutamine 2 day,
zma, multi-vit, plus eating 5-6 times a day.
Also, have heard alot about a product called myo-blast. Are thes supplemeants worth the money?

I wouldn't take any supplement unless I was reasonably sure it worked. I know creatine works and I've seen some positive info on glutamine possibly being a useful supplement. Obviously the multi-vitamin and protein supplement can be good to have in your diet, especially if you aren't able to meet those requirements through food alone. But have you noticed any results from the other supplements? Consider trying each supplement for 4-8 weeks on it's own and see if you notice any difference in your performance or results. But if you're not sure it's working it's just a waste of money to take a supplement. I have never tried ZMA or Myo-Blast but, in my opinion, DHEA isn't worth the money.

Good Diet, Protein, Glutamine, and Multi-Vitamin's are essential. Especially if you are training with any intentions of making good gains. Then once you start to slow down on gains, consider going further with supps

I've added chromium to my list of essential supplements (been taking 100mcg caps/day for about the last 3 months). It's been proven to help make delivery of amino acids from protein to muscle tissue more efficient.
(ie helps promote muscle growth!)
It's relatively in expensive too.

Bluenoser... I hate to rain on your parade, but probably one of the biggest wastes of supplement money is chromium picolinate. It is somewhat effective as a glucose dipsosal agent, so it may be helpful for getting into ketosis faster if you are on a ketogenic diet, which I don't recommend anyway. Your best bet on supps is to get a good protein supp, like whey, and a good multivitamin (get in in capsule form if you want it to break down). Those are the only things usually neglected in most people's diets (whether they realize it or not). Other than that I am pretty old school, favoring a nutritious diet.

Yeah, I'm not taking chromium picolinate, simply a brewer's yeast-derived chromium supplement since my multi does not contain chromium in the list of included minerals.
I thought this was strange, and looked into it a bit, checked around the web and such, and discovered that the Chromium in GNC's Mega-Men multivitamin is in the form of chromium picolinate, which is actually banned here in Canada , therefore dropped from the list of included minerals, so I supplement with the above mentioned chromium tablet to make up for this deficiency.
Of course, I also supplement with Whey protein, as well as fish oil caps and green tea extract.

start with a multi-vitamin/mineral, then protein if you need more, MRP if you need the extra meals or calories, creatine, glutamine, flax, extra C&E.
