Just wondering what everyone is currently taking for supplements, or what you would recommend.
Me: I'm 30 yrs old, 6'1", 180 lbs, trying to gain strength (not necessarily too much more size, although a little more would be nice) and maintain bodyfat. I'm currently using whey protein isolate, 5 g creatine/ day, multivitamin (GNC Ultra Mega Green), Glucosamine Chondroitin & MSM blend.
