Thumbs up Daily B-L-Ts, not in the way you think.. ;)

Not bacon-lettuce-tomato but bites, licks & tastes. Food items you ate, which weren't part of your plan, but which you had anyway.

Give us an insight in what your daily bites, licks & tastes were today (or yesterday) & let us salivate with you.. or was it not worth the calories?

For me right now , any BLT is *not* minor.. they are all major due to exam stress.

The most recent bite was small though: instead of 1 square of dark chocolate I had 2 squares: opened up the new bar of dark chocolate with orange zest on them... not bad, but I liked the white chocolate w orange zest better.

Um, I had a taste of a sprite. I just hadn't eaten that day and was ending an 8 hour shift, so I was going to try and drink it for some calories. After two swallows I decided it wasn't worth it and threw it away.

And I refuse to tell you what I licked . . a person has a right to their privacy you know

I ate one piece of a brown rice california roll that my son was consuming in the car. It was purty good. Worth it? Yep.

Most of the time, mine really aren't true BLTs but change of plans..like today I didn't have time for a regular PWO-meal of salad w chicken so took extra BCAA tabs instead & had rice cakes w smoked salmon later on.
Last night though I found licorice cough drops I'd forgotten about & had about 5-6 of them. They are coming in handy now, as I've developed a sore throat all of a sudden.. so tonight's BLTs will be the same as yesterday's but now purposefully taken..
