Default Piedmontese Beef

Has anyone had this before? My father (who recently has coronary revascularzation) bought home a brochure from someone at work who recommended this. It seem to me that this cattle is grass fed, due to low saturated fat content of the beef. Has anyone ever had this before??

Looks like a breed of cattle to me with certain characteristics of the meat - grass-fed or not would still depend on the producer/farmer.

I buy this direct from a farmer here in New Zealand who has imported some Piedmontese cattle. Most beef here is grass-fed anyway, though it's sometimes finished on grain, I think. But the piedmontese is really special -- very tender yet very lean. Give it a try.
