Diet, Nutrition and SupplementationPost here for supplement reviews or nutritional advice. If you're trying to get "ripped abz" THIS is where you should be.
I got a chance to take a peak at it and it looks stellar. Writing is fantastic and so is the editing. Recipes look killer and there is a great section on research in it. I was thinking of doing a real review of it if
anyone is interested and if Leigh doesn't mind.
He may not be at a place where he can play videos. So lacking the actual product to review, here's my review of the video.
Like most ads, a lot of the video is atmosphere such as music, quotes, and enigmatic pictures. (Somebody deeper than me will have to explore the symbolism the scarecrow.)
But it also promises some very specific content such as: how to eat for the body you want, complete with easy recipes, cooking tips and videos; information on the history of food and on the latest food research, and on food safety.
Since I'm a sucker for neat quotes and enigmatic pictures I'll give it a good rating and recommend that you buy this video and... oh wait it's free. Seriously though, the video did make me curious to see the finished Body By Eats product so I guess it did it's job.
Edited to add: dougz reply wasn't up yet when I posted this.

Just trying to make a point - you'll learn more by first searching for the information and then asking a more specific/educated question if you still don't know the answer.
example: what diet should I try?
or
example: what diet should I try? I checked out ___ and it sounds good, but I have __ to consider. I also saw that ____ has a book out focusing on ____ but it sounds like it will take longer to drop the pounds. Anyone have any experiences to share/advice to give?

Like that she had a blog, fitcast, or podcast?
Not likely..
But yeah, I can see how it might bug some people enough to spend 4x the amount of time it would have taken to answer or ignore the question on a condescending treatise on searches..

After the number of threads you've started here and on bodyrecomp asking the same questions.....I'm surprised you haven't heard worse.

I thought the opposite - it did not peak my interest for the product.

I don't remember using the word filler ever about any of my material. I spent over two years on some of the information in this book, not to mention countless hours in research. I would wait for the book to judge the material inside of it for yourself or for reviews to come out for those you respect. It is more than just a cookbook, but yes there is a huge focus on recipes.
No anger, just clairty. Filler in my vocabulary is a negative term. Like when your favorite tv show jumps the shark with nothing but horrible episodes that have no real meaning to the big overall plot *cough doublemeat palace cough*
Until there are some reviews out these type of discussion, and my ode to the lonely art student trailer, are all people have to go on. "Filler" just wasn't a term I wanted associated with the content.
