Current weight 82 kg's which is 180.4 pounds
Body fat percentage is 17 .5 percent according to a caliper test
This means my lean weight is 149.4 lbs with 31 pounds of fat
The Harris Benedict formula has my maintenance calories at 2900
I used an activity level of 1.6, as I move around a bit for work, lift weights 4 times a week and do atleast two sessions of HIIT. Does that seem right?
As I am looking to cut I have been aiming for 2300 calories a day, how does this sound???
Today I consumed 2308 calories
consisting of 216.3 grams of protein which is 38%
73.5 grams of fat 29%
and 200.2 grams of carbs which is 33%
Am I taking in to much protein??? 216.3 grams is well over the gram per pound of bodyweight scale???
I would really appreciate any feedback, Am I on the right trac?. I have done quite a bit of research here already and was just hoping for any necessary feedback.
I'm more than happy to provide any other info as needed!!
Thanks in advance!!!

Protein seems kind of high.
You can start at 2300 kcal and adjust based on results. My guess is you'll need a bigger deficit than that.
Make sure to take a break from dieting every 6 to 8 weeks.
Lyle has a ton of articles on his site about dieting.
