Default Bodybuilder Nutrition

Congratulations to David Riley (Jp Fitness Summit Participant & Forum Member) on winning Middleweight title at 2009 Mississippi Bodybuilding Championships. Once David brings his legs and traps up a little bit he will be a true force in the amateur ranks. Over the past three months David has shown amazing dedication and my hats off to him for his hard work. Show photo http://maxcondition.com/page.php?5

On another note Wilson Coleman (MaxCondition Athlete) competes tonight in Dallas Tx in Europa Pro AM Show. This dude is a freak. A couple of days ago he was at a gas station getting something out of his car when a young boy stops his vehicle jumps out and starts snapping pictures. Not often you see a monster at a gas station. Anyways good luck Wilson.

thanks,
Coach Hale

Wow Jamie! David came in very tight! Nice work. I remember talking to him at the Summit. What a wonderful person. I am only mad at him for not taking me to Brazillian BBQ on one of the nights of crappy food adventures (he snuck away from the crowd to get real food like a good bber)

It is great to see his pics and read about this success. Did he do an XL diet or did you create a nutrition plan for him?

On another note :

Wilson begins a new program Monday that will primarily emphasize leg developement. In 6-12 months I expect appreciable gains.

It was cool that he actually has a waist, unlike today's heavyweight behemoths.

Hey K, your more than welcome to join me next time to gorge on some Brazialian beef. I can't say enough about my conditioning that Jamie had me in. He had me in the best shape of my bodybuilding life, to the point that I narrowly missed winning the overall by one point. I started my off season plan that Jamie developed about 4 weeks ago and it has kicked my asssss (damn cluster sets ). But, I am excited about it, I just need to get off the snack cakes and chocolate brownies ....going from 174 to 209 in 30 days cannot be healthy, but it sure the hell has been fun

LOL! Brownies and snack cakes FTW. You're on for next year's eat fest! If things go well for me, I will be just past my first show in April timeframe and on my way up the scale too. I can't wait to start strength training again and gain some poundage.
