Default What are some good flatbreads/wraps?

My favorite is called Bestlife Flatout (Sundried Tomato) Wrap www.thebestlife.com
It is almost the size of a page and has surprisingly good nutritional values (to me at least)

90cal/2.5g fat (0 sat fat, 0 trans fat)/0 cholesterol/430mg sodium/17g carbs/9g fiber/9g protein**per serving/1 flatbread
I have used to make multiple wraps and even thin crust snack pizzas!

Here's the ingredients for one of the wraps I love!
1 flatbread wrap
4oz Chicken breast (Grilled-good if coated with BBQ sauce mixed with a little hot sauce)
Sliced cucumber
Sliced tomato
Green onion or regular onion
1 Slice of Provologne Cheese
1 Tbsp of Lite Mayo
Lettuce

350 cals/17g fat/20g carbs/35g protein

I like Mission Tortilla low carb tortillas in soft taco size for general wraps or burritos.
I also like Flatout Wraps - Lite version for some things.
There is also a brand of lavosh that I can get at a couple of stores around here that has a good profile and tastes good and works/wraps good but I have no idea what it is called. I just recognize it when a store happens to have that item.

Thanks Lisa, what store do you go to get the brand of lavosh you're talking about?

In the past I've gotten the lavosh at Mother's Market and Gelson's - both are small So Cal stores. I don't know how that will help you in NC since I don't know the brand nor could I describe the package to you. And it might be local rather than a national brand anyway.
