Palm Oil?
Where do palm oil and palm kernel oil stand in the hierarchy of fats? I've read lots of conflicting things (surprise, surprise).
So is it a "good" a "fine in moderation" or a "better to stay away" ingredient? I'm assuming that most - if not all - of the beneficial properties I've read about are lost in processing? Anything harmful come of this process?
If the ingredient lists "palm oil", does that mean that it is not fractionated?
