Default My guest spot on The Fitcast

http://thefitcast.com/episode-137-no...th-alan-aragon

I bought a headset for this, figuring that it would sound better than a phone, but for some reason it sounds like I'm in the bathroom. Oh well, hope you enjoy it!

I'm halfway through the cast right now. Good stuff, Alan! The questions have been alright so far, and the hosts seem to keep things pretty entertaining too.

Way to go mentioning JPFitness Summit!

You were great on the Fitcast, Alan. And yes, you did kind of sound like you were in the bathroom!

I was listening to this during my commute today.

1st. Loved the knowledge bombs
2nd. 5% body fat?!?! Crazy over-priced protein powder?!? Wow, some really bro-ish questions in this week's episode
3rd. I think I may finally have gotten it through to my mother that she needs to eat more protein. Dieting via cutting back on protein just does NOT work (well).

When ya gotta go ya gotta go! Great show Alan. I passed it on to some that can use the anti-bro bombs.

I downloaded it Sunday from iTunes, so it is up on iTunes. If you have an iTunes subscription to a podcast but don't listen to any episodes for awhile it will quit downloading new episodes until you tell it to resume. Could that be your problem?

And Alan, the sound quality was only a minor distraction at the beginning because (as per your usual) what you have to say is interesting and amusing enough that people are going to focus in on that (even if we have to give you a bad time about the sound quality anyway).

thanks clove, i got it working!

the interview was good, despite the fact that alan's mic was echo-y. I love the fact that Alan debunked the bro-tastic reviews of ZMA and that other crappy soy protein

Just started listening - can't wait to hear it in its entirety.

And BTW, I think the audio quality sounds fantastic.

Sincerely,
Alan's interview with Ronnie Coleman

It was a great show. And when I listen to the Fitcast it's never for the sound quality....always for the heavy knowledge munitions!
