Interesting read. One thing caught my eye:

I thought that had view pretty much been debunked, or at least recieved some significant counter arguments. I remember reading studies saying that with increased protein intake urinary calcium increases, but I also remember reading studies saying that increased protein intake increases calcium absorption from the intestine.

Any thoughts?
