Default Aragon on the Paleo Diet

An important weekend in nutrition history. Some revolutionary nutrition knowledge just came to light.

Therefore we should ONLY eat cream puffs, since that is what they ate back in the day. We weren't designed to consume anything else.

Тhanks to the invention of the wooden stick, one of us was able to scoop up all the cream puff marrow and get excellent micronutrients out

LMFAO!

I love hanging out w/Broland, Galya, & Chris (Chris' better half was globe-trotting at the time). It's a high-intensity mixture of paleolithic cuisine, extreme fitness challenges, and babysitting.

Ha! I've also got video of Galya leaving Broland with a marrow-less cream puff. Without that paleo goodness he'll never hit that 405 front squat...

Always great to hang with you guys.

I can see it now - The New Paleo Diet, by Alan Aragon - as a youtube channel where all the vids show him eating all these paleolithic foods.
