I see you're new. Welcome!

It's impossible to tell if it's okay because you're not giving us much information.

1) What's your goal? Are you trying to lose weight?

2) Use Fitday or Daily Plate or other calorie tracker and find out your daily total calories and macro breakdown (% of protein, carb, fat). That'll give a clearer picture of what you're eating.

use fitday.com to track your food. See what your intake is. Then keep track of your weight. Are you gaining weight or losing weight? You'll know to eat more or less from there.

Seconded. Use an online calorie tracker to count calories. You don't have to do it forever, just one or two days to see if you're on the right track. Also a good opportunity to see if you're eating enough protein. It's good all round!
