Default About to give up...

Okay so I've been working out for a while but I haven't gotten really into it and or into lifting untill this past few months or so.
Eating is my issue. I THINK I'm eating the right things and they just don't seem to work. Or they just don't seem to work and I get off track easily.
I just want someone to TELL ME WHAT TO EAT AND WHEN. - HoW MUCH - AND AT WHAT TIME.
Things would be alot easier then.

SOMEONE HELP!

Didn't you already ask this exact same question in the FLTS section?
