Default The Jig is Up, Aragon

The masses have the details now (well the masses that have the Internet do). Although, you're probably still good - even something as simple as this will confuse many.

DA: "I ate 3 carrot sticks today. Have I blown my diet?"
AA: "Yes. That will be $100."

OG do you remember who said, calorie defecits cause weight lost but the different macronutrient proportions help determine what kind of weight is actually lost(lean tissue, fat etc). I tend to think the first part is definitely true and the second part is somewhat true but also based on factors like excerise selection, rest etc. What do you think?

I don't know who said it, and I'd be talking out of my hat if I could answer whether macro proportions did or did not make a difference. I tend to follow Alan's advice of "eat what you like, don't eat too much, don't eat too little." That should work for everyone.

Perhaps I should market the "Eat Less Food" diet. Seems like it's going to be the next big trend.

Nah, you can just fluff it up with some padding, anecdotes, placebo, and fart jokes. It'll make MILLIONS!

Last time I went to msnbc my banner ad was something about "Still have questions about HPV and genital warts?"

I didn't recall asking a question in the first place.

I thought for sure when I clicked on this thread that it was going to be some secret information that Alan was actually working for the American Dairy Association or General Mills like the gum salesman in the movie Clerks.
