Default diet tracking software for mac?

Anyone out there have a mac? I'm looking at buying a program for tracking, but I'm not sure what the best out there would be. Any recommendations?

okay so I just downloaded CRONoMeter, which looks pretty good and is freeware. It lets you put in your Macro calorie goals and has little bars that show you how much of your macros are gone for the day.

Anyone else ever use it?

I'm not familiar with it, but I'd love to hear more about it after you've used it for a bit. I currently use fitday.com and like it.

Just to know you are not alone.

I am a mac user and looked for software (a few years ago) and did not find anything I liked. One of the great disadvantages with mac is there is not a lot of niche software - though it has gotten better in recent years. SO I am looking forward to hearing what you think.

I will give it a look as well.

Cheers

Peter

I downloaded CronOmeter. It is still being updated but is a pretty neat program. The only thing that I find as a negative is that it does not factor fiber when calculating carbs.

So far so good. I like the format of it. It is easy to add your own foods in and make recipes to add. The only annoying part is that the selection of all food amounts is in grams, though you can double click the food to bring up more detail and it will have the normal serving sizes such as 1/2 a cup or one large egg listed in grams. I kept forgeting to save serving amounts on my foods I create also, but overall I'm giving it five stars. I actually like it enough I will probably donate some $.
