Default Calorie tracking site - meal feature?

Based on info I've picked up in these forums, I think I'm going to start tracking my caloric intake.

Do any of the free calorie tracking sites allow you to group items together? For example, I make a shake with 7 ingredients. Can I just group those 7 ingredients, each in a specific quantity, and designate that as "MyShake"? That way, I can just add MyShake to a particular day's intake rather than going through and selecting each of 7 ingredients and their respective quantities.

Similarly, I'd like to set this up for my more frequent meal combos - e.g., a certain omelet with toast, or a pasta with chicken dish, etc.

Yes, most of them do.
