Default Fixing a calorie error..~

Hey again =)
SOoooo...as I've posted several times now; I'm in the 2nd week of REPAIR program. When I started I took my calorie calculations and came up with an alloted total of 1330 cals per day. I just re-calculated and came up w/ 1548. I'm excited for more food, but how do I go about adding the food/cals with out my body/metabolism getting all jiggy wigged?

~I also wanted to say thanx to Leigh, Allan, and several other forum users for answering my questions and being supportive~

Hello beautiful girl

Just take it slow I'd say.. don't be too scared of eating more, but if you are, upping by less calories a week isn't necessarily a bad thing. Remember.. you can not EVER ever ever put on fat on a small surplus. But you may put on weight because of weird & wacky water retention.

If you can stand watching the scale, try weighing every day and making a graph from it. This way you may find out interesting details, that would otherwise evade you. Many women gain when they ovulate (I do) and think it's due to eating too much, while it isn't.
