30% of my cals from carbs are supposed to come from starch. Obviously I know what the most popular starches are (potatos, breads, etc..)..But would oats, whole grain cereals, or rice crakes (like quaker) count as starch too??
I've been eating a few south beach living protien bars and fiberONE bars a week...Just wanna make sure I'm not over starching my self...
or messing w/ phase one of metaRepair.
