Running and calories
This is going to sound like a dumb question but...I am a little confused to as how many calories I need while training for a half-marathon. I look at the Harris Benedict equation or other caloric multipliers and I'm not sure how "intense" running counts as. Granted, this would change with pace and what kind of workout you're doing. OTOH, here it goes...

Training:
Weights (30 mins, sets of 2x10, full body) then 2 mile run, 9:30 min/mile
Speedwork or tempo runs for a total distance of 6 miles
Weights (as above)
Long run (currently at 7 miles, working up to 11/12miles) closer to 10:00min/mile
**Currently at 16 mpw going up by 10% until the half on February 15.
I'm not sure exactly where I fit in, in terms of activity level. I'd like to figure out maintenance and then reduce calories for some fatloss. I'm fine with figuring out macros.
