is my diet ok?
G'day all,
I've just started the NROL program and i'm not sure if my diet is going to be ok for weight loss.
I'm 5'10 and weigh 274 pounds. male.
B/fast: 4 whole meal weetbix with skinny milk, 1 banana
snack: 150gm low fat yoghurt
Lunch: 200gm chicken breast and salad
Snack: 1 wholegrain roll with turkey breast
B4 workout: apple
After workout: protien shake
Tea: chicken or lean beef, vegie stir fry
Any help would be appreciated.
