Default Please give recommendations for protein/fat meals!

I am working with an on line trainer. She has been alternating higher calories and macros with lower ones depending on if I am weight training or not.

I can't seem to get all the food down, ever! My highest calorie day is 1500. I feel bloated and sick all the time trying to force down all the food (way harder to eat a lot of healthy food than it is junk food!!).

Anyway, I am having the hardest time reaching my protein and fat macros, so I would appreciate recommendations for protein/fat meals. Thanks in advance!

Thank you, oldguy. 1 more meal I don't have to force down!

Thanks for the lists Alcoholiday and Phaedrus49er. I have to say I am sick of protein shakes and eggs already, but I will keep forcing it down.

Steak. Fish in butter. Make the eggs into a quiche. Tuna burgers. I posted a tunaloaf recipe somewhere (maybe on another forum). There are all sorts of workarounds for breads and grains using eggs as a coagulant.

Am I the only one whose first thought was "bacon"??

Some thoughts... not technically "protein/fat meals" but hopefully enough with the above suggestions to get you thinking.

Bacon on everything - salad, steak, chicken, sausage...
cheese on everything - melt it on chicken, on vegetables, in eggs...
nuts - 3oz is about 450 calories, and that's about 2/3 cup. really easy to eat at least that much in a day.
peanut butter. Just dig it out of the jar & eat it plain. What? It's good
avocado - cut it in half & eat each half with a spoon
well-marbled steak & salad
a plate of sausages and a salad with full-fat dressing
a big plate of buttery, hot-saucy buffalo wings (unbreaded of course)
burgers made out of 80% lean ground beef
use more oil in your stir fry
use peanut sauce in stir fry
add peanuts to stir fry
use coconut milk in your shakes or make a thai curry with full-fat coconut milk
homemade macaroons (splenda, coconut, vanilla, egg whites)
chocolate mousse made out of whipping cream & cocoa powder for dessert
full-fat cottage cheese alongside a steak & salad with ranch
full-fat yogurt (plain, no added sugar) after a meal
ranch dressing on a chicken salad
olive oil shots (kidding ...unless that's your thing )
cream cheese spread onto turkey lunchmeat & rolled up as a snack

pecan-crusted salmon is really good too, and likely higher in fat (and omega-3's FTW). Macadamia-crusted meat would be good as well. And higher in fat (20g of fat per oz of macadamias)

Thank you. Lots of great ideas! I especially appreciate no mention of eggs or protein powder, dirtymartini!

well, I did tell you to put cheese in your eggs But yeah...

cheap cuts of meat usually have lots of fat on them too - I should have added pork chops to the list (not the lean boneless ones but the ones with fat on them, which are typically bone-in). short ribs, chicken thighs, cheap steaks...

How to Make Cheap Steak Taste Good - Turn Cheap Cuts of Meat into Delicious Steaks

I've always liked this page for snack ideas:
Low-Carb Snacks - Quick Low-Carb Ways to Satisfy the Munchies
That can help you fill in where your meals might be lower than you like. Munch on a handful of sunflower seeds or string cheese - there you go, more fat & calories.
