Default Anything wrong with my protein shake?

I use to just throw in a scoop of whey into nonfat milk. But ever since I've taken up running, I sort of concocted my own shake. I was wondering if its flawed. Into my blender goes...

1 cup oj
3-4 pineapple slices (currently out of pineapple, using a banana)
1 cup lowfat peach yogurt
1 scoop whey protein
1 tsp glutamine
5 strawberries
3 ice cubes

I'm selective with my yogurt, it only has 10grams of sugar, and there is nothing that ends in "ose" in the ingredients. I like to have 1 about 90 minutes before I run my 3 miles and 1 immediately after. 7 times out of 10 I will only have it after. ( I tend to work late) Running is the only form of exercise I do for now until the winter. I run 4 times a week and only have these shakes on the days I run. I'm trying to quicken my 5k time. Thats my overall goal, but I'm wanting my shake critiqued. Observations?

Looks good. I would use plain yogurt and fresh peaches -- seems like there's enough going on to sweeten it without whatever sweetener is added to the peach yogurt. You could also use frozen peaches and substitute them for the ice cubes.
