Smile need help with diet

hi all i am new here and am looking for some help with getting the correct diet. i am 28 and weigh 178lbs at 6' i am currently traing the chad waterbury method and am getting some gains. i really would just like someone to look at my daily intake and tell me what to add or minus and times of days best suited to eat. my goals are to gain muscle mass along with definition i am not looking to be huge just nice size and shape.
my diet

6.30
big bowl of cornflakes and 22g protein shake

9.30
peanut butter or ham and cheese wholemeal sandwich (2 slices) an oat bar and a banana.

12.30
tuna sandwich(2 or 3 Slice) oat bar, peanuts apple

3.00
tuna sanwich(1 or 2 slices) banana

5.00
tea. Usually chicken ior mince meat, bolognese, fahitas chicken rice and potatos, etc

6.00
train for 1 hour

7.00
34g protein shake

9.00
weight gainer or toast

i no im not getting alot of solid protein but find it hard to afford it and also find it hard to eat meats really early or late at night.

any help would be greatly appreciated

if you're gaining weight, keep with it as long as it's not too fast (no more than 1lb/wk). If you're not, add in more calories.
