Default High Protein Snack/Quick Meal Ideas

I am running out of ideas for snacks and quick meals that are high protein. I am aiming for at least 120 grams of protein and as of right now here are my marcros and what I have eaten. I really struggle getting that much protein.

Breakfast-
Oatmeal and grapes

Snack-
Mini babybel cheese, a few more grapes and 1 scoop of protein powder with water

Lunch-
Wreck sandwich from PotBelly, "skinny" style on wheat with lettuce, tomatoes, seasoning and a tiny bit of oil

Snack-
2 cups of raw snowpeas and 1 scoop of protein powder with water

Cals- 1115
Fat- 36.2
Carbs- 130.9
Protein- 72.6

This is a pretty typical day for me, I am trying to lower the carbs some and end up around 150 grams of carbs for the day. Ideas for how to get more protein?

Have some eggs or meat with your breakfast.
I don't know what a "wreck" sandwich is.
What is dinner like?

Natural Peanut Butter in your oatmeal. I do it every morning, and it makes the oatmeal better and keeps me full for a long time, and that is hard to do .

Eggs. They are quick and easy, plus they have healthy fat and protein. You need some protein at breakfast for sure. Plus, boiled eggs make great snacks for later if you like them.....I think they're great with ketchup.
