Default the recipes that make a no bake cheesecake

Let me show you How to make a no bake cheesecake!?
Best No-Bake Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup white sugar
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling


DIRECTIONS:

In a small bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and cinnamon!. Add melted butter and mix well!. Press into the bottom of an 8 or 10 inch springform pan!. Chill until firm!.

In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and lemon juice until soft!. Add whipping cream and beat with an electric mixer until batter becomes thick!. Add the sugar and continue to beat until stiff!. Pour into chilled crust, and top with pie filling!. Chill several hours or overnight!. Just before serving, remove the sides of the springform pan!.

CHEESECAKE PIE (NO BAKING)

1 (6-oz!.) ready crust graham cracker pie crust
1 (8-oz!.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14-oz!.) can eagle? brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/3 cup lemon juice from concentrate
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (21-oz!.) can cherry pie filling, chilled or any other fruit in season

With mixer, beat cheese until fluffy!. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand? until smooth!. Stir in lemon juice, and vanilla!. Pour into crust!. Chill at least 3 hours!.
After chilled, top with pie filling!. Refrigerate leftovers!.

Tip: Add whipped cream or other garnish as desired!.

A fully sugared up cheesecake recipe in a diet forum, an axiety attack question in the outdoors forum (MAYBE if a bear was involved), curing a sore thoat with whiskey and licorice...the whisky alone would make me forget my troubles.

You must be very passionate about cheesecakes!. I also bake cheesecake!.

If only I knew how to keep my steamcakes from shrinking!. Anyone?.
