Default Diet Software that creates menus

I'm looking for recommendations for diet software that creates menus based on the nutrient percentages you input. So, if I want a menu based on 40% Protein, 25%fat and 35% carb, it will generate a menu based on those percentages. I'm using FitDay now to track, but it does not generate menus.
Thanks!
Ali

What is the best diet plan? Develop quick dinner ideas here. Dr Chris Mohr has a program to do just that. I've never used it but i'm sure others here have.

I am using a trial version of a program called Calorie King. You enter your food for the day similar to fitday and it displays al the macro nutrient ratios, carbs and serving sizes.

I enter my food for a couple days in advance and then print it out. It works pretty good. Just google Calorie King and try the free trial.

Thank you, Josh --- Mohr's program is exactly what I was looking for.
