Default Any other nutirtion tracking programs?

I purchased FitDay PC and enjoy using it. I would not mind spending a little bit of money on a nicer program though, any other ones out there?

I do not have any problems with my current one, just would not mind looking into some other ones. Thanks.

try a google search - you will find many of them and nearly all will give you a trial download so you can comparison shop. Most of them are based primarily off the USDA database and then add on different restaurant and packaged foods. They differ in how the logging interface works - if you like to weigh everything you might not like to be forced only to choose sm, med or lg bell pepper. And vice versa. The way you add custom foods and recipes varies, the reporting options vary, how to copy meals from one day to another, and so forth.

Without links, here are a few names that come to mind - but google will find more:
NutribaseEZ
CalorieKing
LifeForm
DietPower
DietMaster

If you want to also log training and training caloires how to do that varies as well.

I use fit day PC and like it ok. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't track sugar. Since you can choose grams for everything, it's convenient for me because I weigh my food. Also think it's cool to see how many of the vitamins and minerals I'm getting based on what I eat.

what other features are you looking for?

Mainly a better layout. I downloaded the 1 week trial of Calorie King, I like it a lot so far. The only drawback is it does not have an area to enter your workout like reps/sets. After a week I plan on doing a full review of this software and trying out another.

Try the daily plate--TONS of stuff, free unless you upgrade. The layout is superior to fitday, and since users can add foods, there's almost no food that isn't listed.

Calorie Counter, Diet Tracking, Food Journal, Nutrition Facts at The Daily Plate
