Default Precision Nutrition or Naked Nutrition

I have been looking at Precision Nutrition and Naked Nutrition but I can't decide which to get.

Does anyone have either of these? I have no difficulty reading and understanding the science behind nutrition but it isn't something that I NEED.

Precision Nutrition seems more geared to the professional and Naked Nutrition, more to the layman. Is that about right?

Is there something you might recommend that is different than these two. I really want something that will help me develop a nutrition plan for my current goals (fat loss) but also be able to help me when those goals change down the road.

I also am not wanting an "eat this and eat that" kind of program. I have food sensitivities and I find these kind of programs hard to tweak!

I don't have naked nutrition but they are very similar I believe in that they put forward guidelines or rules that you follow. Such as low carb at all times except post workout. Protein, and vegetables at every meal.

Its a personal choice. I have precision nutrition but have never used it, and the forum is good but the people there are obsessed with compliance.

So depends what you are looking for.

Default 100% what Josh said.

That's pretty much all there is to it. Precision Nutrition is more in depth, more recipes, etc. Naked Nutrition has a cooler name.

I bought precision nutrition. Its nice if you are someone that needs a very clearly defined set of rules to eat/live by in order to be compliant and successful. But unless you know very little about nutrition right now, you can learn everything you need to know for free, and by asking questions in this forum. If you must have a book, there are cheaper ones as well. Finally, the Precision Nutrition team has a peculiar habit of promoting products they have a financial interest in! Who'da thunk it? Still, the forums are useful, there are new workout plans available quite often (which may or may not be valuable to you), and the nutrition is basically sound.
