Hello - my PT told me add more citrus (oranges/grapefruit) to my diet. Benefits? I eat clean (most of the time) and love fruit - but watch it a bit, I struggle with sugar. Anyone give me some direction of what this will do for me? Thanks!
He said when lifting it helps your muscles recover? I had not heard this and never see anything regarding people eating grapefruit. Thought I would ask - but as you can see the responses are nil!
