Need a low-maintenance diet plan
Right now I'm following a very loosely regimented diet. I tend to avoid carbs (except for whole wheat) and avoid sugar as much as possible. I'm in okay shape, but I wouldn't really say I need to lose a lot of weight. If anything I could probably afford to bulk up. I'm basically looking for a low-maintenance (as in, easy to follow) diet plan that will give me some guidelines for how to eat right and help me to maximize the benefits I should be getting out of my workouts (right now I'm doing NROL Hypertrophy I). More of a long-term eating plan than one of those fat loss books that seem to dominate the diet section of the bookstore. I could probably stand to lose <5-7 pounds, so I don't really think I need a diet book. Some people have recommended TNT to me, but that seems to be a little more high-maintenance than what I'm looking for. I don't really think I need to go as extreme as eliminating basically all carbs from the majority of my diet. Anyone have any recommendations?
