Default Done with 3 months of Plan A

I celebrated my completion of my first 3 months of Plan A yesterday. I wore a shirt I bought just before I started, and when I bought it I couldnt even button it.

It's kinda soft and shiny and I knew people at work couldn't resist touching it so I carb loaded the day and a half before and got nice and hard and big so they would feel the muscles underneath. Is that vain? haha. Well, it was worth it.

I lost 35 lbs of fat and gained 10 lbs of muscle. Granted, I 'm still obese and over 300 lbs. but it's nice to less obese, and I can't wait to see where I'll be in another 3 months. Thanks for listening.

Are you staying on Plan A for a while or are you going to switch plans up?

I might think about going to plan B. I'll risk a slowdown in bodyfat loss for added muscle. Muscle shirt weather is coming. haha

Let us know if you do. I've been reluctant to change plans and I have been on A approcaching 4 months. I'm thinking I will switch to B if things stall out or if my gym progress is suffering.

Thanks for the encouragement folks, it feels great to have found a program I can stick to.

Anyway, I've decieded to stay on Plan A, bodyfat loss is more important to me right now. I'll re-evaluate in 3 months. Thanks again.
