Default Looking for more workout options

I am on my 4th week of TNT. However I only started the TNT workouts last week. I like them, however I would like to workout everyday. Before switching to the tnt workouts, my typical workout weeks looked like this:

Mon. - 20 minutes elliptical, 40 minutes upper body lifting (workout A)
Tues - 30 minutes ellicptical, 30 minutes lower body (workout B)
Wed. - workout A
Thursday - workout B
Friday - workout A

I go to the gym in the morning before work, can't do more than an hour. Since switching to the TNT exercises, I do them on M,W,F and just do elliptical on T,TH. I would like to get back to lifting everyday, but the TNT are all total body exercises.

Anyone have any suggestions or ideas for what I can do on T,TH?

They are sets of upper and lower body exercises. You take short breaks in between and work opposite muscle groups. So it takes maybe 30 minutes to go through the workouts and you get a total body workout. I am not criticizing the workouts, they are fine. I just feel like I would like to do more. Doing a half hour 3 days a week, doesn't seem like enough of a workout for me.

It probably wouldn't hurt anything to work out 4 times a week (say A Monday and Thursday and B Tuesday and Friday). I think 5 days in a row of full body workouts would be a bad idea and I also think doing extracurricular lifting in between would be a bad idea.

Other alternatives would be doing HIIT on the off days or moving on to a different workout program (perhaps NROL).
