What method do you guys use to figure out your daily calories?

If you are referring to tracking how many calories you eat in a day, a lot of folks use FitDay - they have a free online version and a version you can buy to download.

If you are referring to figuring out how many calories you are supposed to eat in a day, there are lots of online calculators that will compute that for you. Search for "BMR Calculator" and you'll probably find a bunch.

Keep in mind that the calorie calculators aren't an exact science. In my experience the Fitday one was off quite a bit (might not be that way for everyone). Use the number the calculator gives you as a starting point. Modify it according to your goals.
