I'd say I defintely repsect your opinion, but I want to know why I'm eating too much protein. Are there any scientific reasons why it's not okay? Also, I think that the area of weightloss and nutrition allow for some opinion. While the general guidelines are probably the same for most people, there are other people who just don't fit the mold. Some people just need more protein than others. For instance, my dad eats so much protein but that's all he's ever hungry for, so we always say that he must need that much. There is a difference, however, between wanting something and needing something. I think that we should all try to listen to our bodies a little more. The body is an amazing thing and it will tell you what it needs. That's my response. Take care!
