Cheese
So I love cheese. And have heard mix things about cheese. I was wondering if cheese was healthy or not

Depends on the cheese you get, and what you need from it. If you're looking to add a little fat and protein, and the product doesn't have a lot of unhealthy "junk" added to it, then it can be great. I particularly like the "Frigo Light String Cheese" and tend to use those to balance out high carb fruit.

Depends on what you call "cheese." I like cheese. Fat, protein... what's not to like?
As far as I'm concerned: CheezWhiz and Velveeta =/= cheese.

I love cheese.
Just had some pan melted mozzarella with a sprinkle of parmesean and cheddar. For desert I had brie.
and some asparagus cold from the fridge.
some people have trouble digesting it and others say it makes them bloated and causes allergies. If you don't have that, what's not to love about cheese.
YUM

Except toe cheese, I love cheese. But like anything it's best to eat it in moderation. My favorite is buffalo mozzarella!

sargento makes this shredded cheese with bacon bits in it. It's awesome on a baked potato.

I <3 cheese. Just don't make it your only source of nutrition. And stock up on deodorant (dairy = body odor).

dairy = bo?
I dont believe that... sounds like something those anti milk people would say.
Ive been eating a tub of cottage cheese (3 cups) everyday. does this count at cheese? 9g of fat, 36g carbs, 96g protien.
Its delicious..

What the link between cheese and b/o? I never heard of that one before.
I never go with any diet or plan that cuts out an entire food group. Unless you have allergies or a specific reaction to a food anything is ok in moderation.
Except sugar. ; )
