hey all, new here I lost my dieting templates I used before joining the military and I can't find something for the life of me online was hoping you could help, im trying to cut down the 40lbs of bad weight I put on this year
There are all sorts of free calorie calculators on the internet. You can start with fitday.com
They don't recommend calories, though. Here's a simple one to start. 12 or 13 times your body weight to lose fat (2304 calories for me at 192lbs). You can adjust higher or lower depending on how it goes after a few weeks.
just premade diets that consist from the 1500-2000ish cals area its a template to work on so you can switch somethings off etc if you wanted to, I mentioned cheap because some people dont mind spending 200 a week on food but I do:P
