Default Getting rid of those trouble areas

So I am in 3rd week of tnt plan A. Things are going well, pants are getting looser. However, I have a lot of weight/fat in my neck. To be honest, I would prolly be fine keeping a gut if I could just get rid of the extra weight in the neck. I am 5'9, 185, 33-34 waist. My goal is to get down to 170, but I may give in and switch plans at 175.

I don't suppose there is anyway to target that area? Or is that just going to be the last part of flab to go? I am only doing 10 miuntes of cardio a day, cross country machine, as a warm up before my workouts. I workout monday-friday, but not the tnt workouts, however I do apply their lifting principles (working opposable muscles with short breaks in between).

There's nothing special you can do. You just have to keep losing more fat. Eventually, those areas should catch up.

I'm lean all over, but I have the belly and love handle area that is more slow to lose fat. Sucks.

About the only effective way to target a specific is to increase the muscles there. Trying to spot reduce fat doesn't work - you'll lose it where you lose it according to how your body works. About all you can control is making sure there's some muscle under the fat.
