Default TNT and Buffalo wings?

I lost two belt notches in two weeks, then kind of stalled. I think it was the buffalo wings. They weren't breaded or anything. Am I wrong?

Do you know what was in the sauce? If not, you can assume there was sugar in that thar sauce. Surprisingly.
But, they also pack in the calories. If you ate a lot of them and ate normally the rest of the day, you could have easily added several hundred calories right there.

How much of your weight did you lose in that two weeks for 2 notches? 5%? 10%?
Did you drop a lot of water and puffiness in 2 weeks and now you are into the reality of the rest of the journey? Maybe the timing of the wings was just coincidence.

No...no beer. I didn't even miss beer up until recently. I work in a bar so its kind of tough.

The calories might be it. Maybe it was sugar in the sauce, or the blue cheese.

I went from 250 to 246 in the first week. I didn't do any body fat percentage tests other than my belt. The weight stabilized, but I lost that second belt notch by the end of the second week. Last week was a half-week off from workouts, so no real changes to speak of, but no regressions either, which is good.

I've noticed water is very important though. Very important.
