Default Interested in: Greens + vs SuperFood and nitrous oxide supplements.

Hey all, im trying to cut down and lose some fat but still want to keep the diet healthy and get everything I need (nutrient wise) and still have the energy to go heavy in the gym.

Would people recommend Greens + ? or does something like biotest's SuperFood seem better (or just nonsense?)
TESTOSTERONE NATION - The Perfect Superfood is Here!

I know its sad, but i really have a hard time eating enough fruits and vegetables between college and work and think this could help(not solve it all, but help).

A fairly different question: does or has anyone used nitrous oxide supplements? I'm particularly interedted in MRI's Black Powder.

Any insight before I pick up a tub?

Sorry, I don't recommend either, but I'm also not a nutritionist.

But, I'm curious how you have time to eat food, but within the same time frame, don't have time to eat fruits and vegetables.

Now, me, I admit to finding vegetables not very tasty. I do EAT a spring mix salad and throw on some snow peas and that is pretty tasty, but broccoli and others are a tough eat for me. I've taken to juicing vegetables and saving the pulp for dehydration. Then I have my own Greens+ knockoff.

As far as NO2, don't. All it is is a temporary cosmetic pump, nothing more. Keep your supps simple:

protein
multi-vit
fish oil

I would consider the above as either dietary essential or conveniently essential. Anything else is extra.

I guess as an example on a normal day i either run in the moring or start class right away. Breakfast sometimes includes fruit (banana or apple) .
Next meal is fruitless but includes a couple tomato slices, some lettuce, basics of a sandwich, next meal another apple or clemintines.
Post work out meal usually has some sort of vegetable (usually just broccoli, easist to throw in)

And thats about it, the last meal of the day usually doesnt have either.
The thing is, its not taste, im not big on taste, ill whoof down anything, but i dont make it to the grocery store that often (usually every 2 - 2 1/2 weeks). Here in DC the closest grocery stores have HORRIBLE produce sections, so things go bad fast too. I can try getting more frozen stuff and steaming it.

The main concern is, im going to be 'cutting' though i dont like that term, and am i afraid i might lose out and want to fill in gaps or just reap any benefits of the extra nutrients in greens + or a similar product.

No car, not much time during the week days to go grocery shopping and a small fridge split among other students (little space to even keep stuff anyway) limits me from ensuring adequate consumption. i figured if im going to do this ( i havent 'cut' in a longgg time) , i should go all out.

I guess my plan is to buy a big batch of baby spinach, and tons of veggies, just throw it together and add dressing and eat every day.

Thanks for the input, youve motivated me (and dissuaded me from purchasing the supplements).
