Default Nutrition books

I read some nutrition books, but most were modified versions of the adkins diet. Any recommendations of some good nutrition books for lifters who want to gain weight. I also read the abs diet, which was for the most part very informative.

I would recommend the book "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" by Tom Venuto. It is a downloadable eBook, reasonably priced, and lots of good information.
