Well, I have actually been on a low calorie diet for awhile now, but last week I had a high calorie week - maybe 3k a day with little formal exercise (vacation). Yesterday I started a modified GSD. I say modified because I am eating about 1 serving of fruit a day in the morning. I may also not be able to avoid 1 beer a week - it is my last semester of college, after all. Anyway, I thought I'd make a note of this plan here for some extra accountability, and I will post some results in this thread. I have a blog at
