Hair Breakage- won't grow- HELP!

Does anyone know a good solution:

I am in good health and use good products on my hair (Redken). My hair is medium length and simply won't grow past my shoulders. It breaks off at the same spot (the ends) and never really grows.

I switched my thyroid med, am deep conditioning, dont' bleach the ends of my hair anymore, take hair viatmins or pre/post natals...

I am running out of ideas. To most people my hair is fine, but to know me, you would see that my hair has not grown in YEARS!!!

It's really pissing me off! Please help if you have any suggestions....

Have you discussed it with your stylist? They might have some good recommendations.

If you are using any at-home coloring kits, you should know that they are much more harsh than what is used in a salon. That could be the cause.

Seeing as how you are hanging out on a fitness forum, I can assume you have a healthy diet, but I will throw that suggestion out there anyway. You are what you eat!

And if all else fails, talk to your doctor. It could be a medical condition.

So, my stylist is aware and that's why we don't bleach the ends. I use fantastic products and I have spoken to my doctor who changed my thyroid med.

I don't know what else to do.
