Firstly I live in New Zealand which has a massive time difference with the US, so my dates are always wrong - is there anywhere where you can tell it what time zone to use?
Secondly, not being from the US I'm not familier with all the foods and abrevations - what does NFS mean? As in "Butter, NFS" as listed in the foods?
Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance!

I don't know if you can change the timezone on the website - it's probably tied to its server's time - but if you click the little << at the top, you can go back to yesterday.
Fitday PC, since it's a downloadable application on your computer, should run off your computer's clock. I find Fitday PC faster and easier to use, and consider it among the best $20 I ever spent.
