yeah this has been happening to me too. i have started tracking calories on fitday. its weird bc with all the exercise and change in diet eating has become something i have to do not necessarily something i want to do anymore. its like i don't want to spend 50 bucks to fill my cars gas tank, i have too. you know?
but yeah i find that if i lose my balance/ get dizzy when i close my eyes. and for a while i was missing meals just bc i would forget to have them. plus with high protein you stay fuller longer so i never really feel like eating.
but i have lost 2-3 inches off my waste in the past month. so i guess its not all bad.
