Default Pre-mixing Protein Shake.

I know your not suppose to pre-mix creatine and leave it sitting around, but is it ok to pre-mix Protein Shakes for future use? I normally make 60oz of protein shake per day, and I'd rather just make them all at once and split it up into 3 containers. I will make them at 6am and drink one right away. The second one will be consumed during lunch, and the third after my workout at 7pm. Would this be ok to pre-mix the protein? I mix them up in milk, incase that makes a difference.

I normally have 6 scoops per day because its almost impossible to get enough protein as a vegetarian.

Since you're using milk, you'll want to keep it refrigerated. But I don't see any problem with mixing it up and storing it for a pretty short period of time.

Thats fine. As bill said just make sure its kept in the fridge. Shake a bit first and you'll be fine. I wouldn't be drinking one after about 24hrs though.
