Default My TNT Results So Far...

Hey everyone, just wanted to give you guys an update on my TNT results at the 8 week mark. So far I have been doing TNT plan A the entire time with only 2 cheat meals ( I try to have one every month). I lift about 3-4x per week using mostly basic lifts 5x5. Usually one day a week I will throw in some hi rep days just for a change. I do about 1 - 2 days of HIT cardio (usually bike sprints)followed by 30 minutes of incline treadmill walking. I am pretty happy with the results. Here are my stats at the 8 week mark, 4week mark and initial.

Today's results /4weeks / initial stats
Weight 192.4lbs/195.2lbs/210.5lbs
Fat% 24.5%/ 24.8% /27.5% ( The Tanita scale is insane!)
Waist tensed 33.50"/34.87" /36.50"
Waist relaxed36.50"/ 37.37"/40.50"

One thing I noticed from my photographs( taken monthly) is that although I barely had a weight change over the past 4 weeks , visually I am significantly different. Leaner everywhere! This is funny because after the first 4 weeks on TNT and about a 15lb weightloss I couldn't tell the difference in the pictures. I plan on doing plan A for another 4 weeks and then switching to plan B for 4 weeks. I will probably keep alternating between the 2 until I am beach ready! Let me know if you guyz have any suggestions. Thanks
