Default MH abs diet

my forum fu is sub par. i tried to do a search for anything about the abs diet but it just brought up anything with the word diet in it. even when i put it in quotes. anyway, have any of you tried it or had success with it? any opinions? my wife was mentioning that she was thinking of trying it and i figured i would try to get some informed opinions about its effectiveness. thanks.

I've read the book and thought it had some pretty decent stuff in it. If you want to save some $$$ and get some of the same principles, I would suggest reading up on this:

I think its great ... very sound nutrionally, seems to be a well-rounded diet that encapsulates what seems to be consensus for a long term healthy diet- easy on the processed foods and refined carbohydrates, combine certain food groups to get maximum nutritional benefits, good beginners exercise program.

It worked for me.

I've read it but never done it as it seemed like what I was already doing with a "clean" eating approach.

I'd recommend it to anyone who asked about it.

I read about it a while back, and it seems OK. It'll help out the average/"good" person, but it isn't the greatest thing for getting ripped/shredded.
