Default Should you do TNT diet if you aren't lifting weights?

I am currently switching my goals from weight lifting to just getting healthy and off the injury list. I have quite a few back, neck, and ankle issues to address before I jump back into weight lifting. I am doing a good bit of mobility exercises and injury prevention exercises trying to correct some muscle imbalances and weak spots. Would it be better to just eat clean or go low carb like TNT? I need to lose some fat and some inches around the midsection if at all possible but don't want to lose a whole lot of muscle either.

You could probably just eat good and clean and be alright. You might want to get some exercise in though instead of weight lifting. I would suggest that you take creatine as well. I saw a study on injured athletes that supplemented creatine and it help to prevent muscle loss while they were injured.

Of course. Fat loss is fat loss. Keep the veggies and protein high.

Perhaps do GPP while you're recovering.
