Just posted this in my training log and thought I'd pick a few ideas here, too...
I've been on TNT since Jan 08 with consistently good results. I've cheated a couple times with chocolate

but generally this type of diet is relatively easy for me 'cos I don't care for bread, pasta, potatoes or other starches that much.
Now, my DH, who's a great foodie AND a big carb eater, joined me on TNT last week. Needless to say, he's been miserable ever since...Not only that, he's not losing any weight, either, which totally beats me! He has at least 30# to spare and I don't think he's cheating with his eats; I'd expect him to lose up to 5-7 lbs in first week (yeah, water weight, so what!) His fat intake's good...I don't get it! It's heartbreaking to see how discouraged he gets!
I'll try take him of that scale for starters and get him log all he eats which is a challenge...What do you guys think?
